Voting Question

We have a condo association of 36 units here in New Hampshire. Several years ago the association voted unamimously to switch our trash collection from a private hauler to the cities bag and tag collection. This removed trash collection from the budget and made it the unit owners responsibility to purchase their own bags, along with encouraging recycling. Recently, three quarters through our fiscal year the present officers decided amongst them selves to overturn this vote and hire a private trash collector. When we approved this years budget, there was no line for trash collection, so I'm not sure how they are going to pay. Is it right and/or legal for them to overturn this vote? They should have waited until our annual meeting in April to suggest changes.

**A: read your condo docs to see how much power the HOA board has.
