What is the name of your state?Michigan
My mother just bought a condo. Really peaked ceilings and very high ones. There seems to be water damage in two areas. We havent even been here 30 days.. Time is almost up though. One spot in paticular, is in the middle of the wall, along the line where the roof meets the wall. There was a pocket of water under our fresh couple day old, coates of paint. What do we do? Who do we contact. Who is responsible? We are really at a loss. :(     ... {please, please, please} help us out
thanks

**A: hire a roofing contractor and report the problem to the HOA at once.
Where is your mother's Realtor? Was there a Seller disclosure statement?

hoa and discloser

The realtor was notified, and also the HOA. They said that they would get back to us. The disclosure statement said that there were no major problems. The roofs were being redone. The roofer did the one next to ours and the the beginning of one side. The rest on our row and the other side of our roof has not yet been finished.
When we had the floors done there was a spot on the opposite wall in the front though, that had a wet damaged spot. The wall over there was wet and crumbled. We told our neighbor. A member of the condo association. That when we found out about the roof. There was also new siding put on the condos. The person who did the floor said that the siders had to have seen the wall. We were also told that the roofer said that there have been a few leaks in other condos.
