Water Damage - Mgmt co. neligence leads to mold/bug/odor/loss of work & living space

Two months ago, my entire bedroom and partial living-room floor was flooded due to bad common AC/heat plumbing job done by in-house workers hired by mgmt co. Parquet floor popped up, various molds formed, valuable personal items were damaged and bedbug appeared as a result. I had both reports from my dermatologist because of bug bites and report/lab analysis from a certified mold inspector.

Management admits wrong doing in unit owner meeting. They showed me different contractor estimates but no contractor ever come to inspect my unit. To my knowledge, their insurance should cover my property and personal damages. However, they are only willing to pay for replacing my floor (without proper cleaning of molds.) They did provide one extermination but had completely ignored the mold damages, not to mention the loss of use in my unit (I had to stay elsewhere for the last 2 months), loss of work since I carry my business from home and constant stress.

At this point, the mold inspector told me not to remove any flooring due to the airborne nature of mold. The longer I wait for the management company to reimburse me so I can start the cleanup and repair, the longer I'm out of my work & living space. I have to stay elsewhere because of insect, odor and mold.

I do not have homeowner insurance. My mortgage company actually only requires insurance for condo asso. but not the individual unit owners. I'm thinking of presenting my case with a real estate attorney. Do I have a strong enough case? Do anyone out there has any advice for me?
