Water Intrusion Damage

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

We have been reporting water intrusion at the foundation level to our HOA for over two years now. We have confirmed mold to be present in the sheetrock and carpeting. We have retained counsel and have filed suit against the HOA for inaction. We want them to fix the damage to the exterior, as well as to our interior. Does this sound unreasonable?
