Question

When buying a condo......

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

When buying a condo, what should you ask about upfront? If you own or have owned a condo, what do you wish you would have asked but didn't?

Any advice on buying a condo would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
