I'm in a small condo complex with 9 units. When we moved in 2 years ago, the owner of 3 of the units and his wife, were the Condo Assoc. president and Sec. A few months ago, they turned over the job to one of the other unit owners b/c no one wanted the responsibility. This new president over the passed few months has spent the monies in our reserve, verbally has stated that codo fees are being raised, and has no maintance done on our grounds. We all know that some of the things he does is illegal, and need to know what steps can be taken to take over and have his actions investagated. Any information would be very helpful, Thank you!
