I signed a contract for a loft few months ago. At that time they said underground parking was 15,000 and there were only few spots...first come first served...So I decided to buy underground parking...now underground parking is only 5,000... They say it is because they have raised the loft prices...today the paper says parking free...they also said that i could get my own appliances now they say that i have to go through them...the loft is still under construction...
