i live in the state of ct.. what recourse do i have when a neighbor knowingly removes asbestos shingles from the roof without proper proceedures. and when confronted by the local newspaper publicly denying knowing it was asbestos.

Geez, I wonder how the newspaper got wind of the fact that the neighbor was re-roofing his house.

Are there some kind of damages that you can prove occurred?

i reported it. epa had it testest and it proved positive. has contaminated his property. did not test my property but have covered a few areas of property to so if needed.
