we had our roof re-shingled about 5 years ago ... now, the shingles are warping/bending and the supplier has gone out of business ... under these circumstances, what is the liability of the roofer?

the brand is Globe Building Materials ... we haven't asked the roofer to replace the shingles yet ... his only reply so far was to suggest that we keep the shingles as long as possible ... thanks
