What are my rights when a business, who we had a contract with and who has been paid in full has gone bankrupt and the work is not complete? Thank you.

This is why you do not pay until the work is complete. You can contact the court and file a claim but it will probably be worthless. Some states have a fund from which you can seek reimbursement. Contact the state homebuilders association to see if they can offer you any advice.
