Back in January we were signed an employment contract to move from out of state to Denver for employment. The plan was to move this summer. In March we signed a contract with a builder in Denver for a new construction and put $7,500 down between the earnest money and the design center. We found out yesterday the company wants us to move to L.A. instead (which we won't do). Is the company liable since we signed the building contract based off the contract for employment? The contract does state Denver. The house was just started and they are working on the foundation. Or do we have to continue with the build in hopes we can sell it right away?
