We are having a new house built in a subdivision on a cul-de-sac with a 3 car garage. The builder positioned the house wrong and you will not be able to get into the garage without making a sharp turn at the garage and if the driveway is made straight, it will hit a street light and be in the neighbors property. They are pouring the concrete now. Do we have rights to make them do it over the right way? I love this lot and paid for an upgrade for this lot. There are no similar lots left. Can the builder just tear up the contract if he chooses and leave up high and dry?

Then HOW on Earth do you know it's placed wrong? Has it ever occured to you that maybe you have a curved driveway? Don't you know how to drive and park a car?
