I signed up to buy a new home in NOV of 2003 and the Home was completed Nov 2004. When i did my walk through I noticed that the upgraded vaneer rock was not on the home. I paid 3,790.00 extra for this up grade and now I have been in my home for almost 6 month and I still have no rocks the company keeps giving me the run-around. I asked for my money back for the rock and they said no because of the contract. I signed an arbitration agreement with them so what can I do to get my money back?
