What is the name of your state? tennessee
I signed a contract in april to have a house built. The contract states the home will be done by july 15th. The contractor just started building june 15. The realator asked that an amendment be added to the contractor. The contractor offered to put me and my family up until the house is complete. Instead of putting us up, would it be ok to ask the contractor to include the appliances that we want in the kitchen?
