I signed a contract with a builder and have added a realator on the contract to be our broker in the off chance that we have problems with the builder. The realators job is to track the contract and the building process and to advise on the status and on any status changes. Since contract was signed realator has not provided us with any information. I called his/her boss and requested that they be removed from contract since we have been doing all the work and interacting with county and builder. They have not lived up to their part of the bargin. What can I do to remove them from the contract without canceling the contract with the builder and changing builders. Realator called us after we requested contract mod and was told that he/she was working on other contracts and did not have time to work on ours, but was planning on starting to tracking process in the new year. We have had this contract for almost 4 months and no assistance form them.
