What is the name of your state? Ohio

I sold a house two years ago. The buyer is asking my real estate agent for thousands of dollars due to a flood in the basement. There plumber informs them the drains are not to code. THe storm and sanatary drains are tied together. The house was bought through FHA and passed the inspection.
They claim also there are roots in the drains. They are askeing for me to pay for cleanup and to bring the sewers up to code. I did the work 10 years ago, and no permits
What to do?
Thanks
