Cold Joints

I'm in Iowa, my basement foundation company had blow out fall of last year and had two cold joint, now it is leaking seriously after the winter months, they won't take any action to fix this, I am wondering if I can contact my builder risk insurance to cover repair cost and have them go after the foundation company for the money they are out?

You need to look into Statue of Repose. There are attorneys that specialize in it in Iowa.
