Contactor not doing repairs needed.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Walworth, New York.
I had a local contractor install vinyl siding on our home. He said that backs his work 100%. After he was complete we had a wind storm which pulled some siding up and he came back and repaired it. We also were getting water that was running behind the siding after a thaw and was coming in behind the window. He attemptted to fix this problem as well. Now both the siding lifting up and the leak has returned. I have been trying to contact the guy for a few months now. He did however come over once to look at the problem and said he would be back in a couple of days and never returned. Since then I have reported him the BBB and there was still no responce. The BBB has now given me the green light to prosue legal action. Small claims court in New York only goes to $3000 and there may be more damage to the house that I am not aware. What can I do? I am super stressed out over all this. I just want my house fixed. Thank you for any help.

First, you need to get a PROFESSIONAL contractor out to review the problem and to give his OPINION and estimate for repairs in WRITING.

Once you have done that, the rest is even simpler. If within your state small claims limit, sue in small claims.
If above your limit, then talk with a local attorney.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
