I am a licensed contractor in VA, I sub-contracted a very large job from another contractor inwhich I was supposed to receive draws every two weeks on work completed. I have completed approximately 85 percent of the job in two months and have not been paid. If I do not complete the job, am I entitled to receive the money due for the work complete?
