What is the name of your state? arkansas

a contractor was working in our home while we were out, he (without our consent) brought his children who damaged personal property in the home. He claims no responsibility. what are the laws

He would be responsible for damages caused by himself, or his agents.

*** This is a civil matter. You will not find any "citations in the law".
You have a simple matter of damages. You file that type of claim in your local small claims court.
