I live in Virginia. I sign the contract to expand my business on 3/14/16. On the contract, estimated time of completion is four weeks of approval. However, the jobs did not finish until now and we have to wait on the materials to do the works. I already paid him 3 checks, only 1 last one left. Everything I called him, he kept saying that this jobs is more than the amount on the contract. It is frustrated because my business is such a mess right now. What should I do?
