Our attorney submitted formal discovery requests to the plantiff's attorney in our case. They were allowed 28 days to respond and didn't. They asked for an extension of about 14 days. They took this time plus more and went beyond a month over the original allowed 28 days. Once they did submit the discovery requests, they are incomplete. What are the consequences for incomplete discovery requests in a lawsuit?

They could have their pleadings stricken (meaning, you win).
