What is the name of your state? - TEXAS

I had a mechnic's lien placed on my new home by a building supply company for custom exterior shutters that were made incorrectly - twice. To compound this, the builder owes this company a good deal of money and recently filed bankruptcy. The shutters were unusable the first time and not according to the design specs. The second time they modified them by adding wood and technically the fit but the design isn't as the specs called for (and frankly looks tacky). Is there a way to dispute the lien and if so what is the method (or form).

Thanks -
