What is the name of your state? Ohio

Up until recently my driveway encroached (with no proper agreement) on my neighbor's property. I removed the asphaly encroachment and put soil and sod down. For over two weeks now I have been watering the sod and using fertilizer. My neighbors have put forth absolutely no effort. Some of the grass is now dying (mainly the part that is the right-of-way) and my neighbor is telling me that they are going to "contact" somebody. I am at my wits end and would like to know my liability in this situation.

**A: you have no liability to maintain the grass.
