Our builder failed 2 closing dates 7/15 and 7/22. We put 10K into escrow with a new closing date of 7/29. He failed to complete the home to satisfaction. We closed and moved in the home but it is not 100% complete and the builder is pretty much out of sight. The builder failed 3 contract dates including the escrow. My question is who's money? Can I get it?? What are my rights to the escrow? Thanks
