higher price than agreed.in newyork had a pavement guy give estimate verbally to do driveway and retaining wall. upon completion we were given a bill 6300 for driveway, 850 for retaining wall which was agreed. an additional 450 was on the bottom of bill note to complete wall. after calling him he stated it was more work than he thought and you have to pay. with no estimate or contract in writting on either side where do i stand? thankyou. |
