What is the name of your state? Michigan

Neighboring Excavating Company crossing Property Lines with Heavy Equipment, using land and excavating sand from my property.

Spoken to owner of said company about purchasing part of the remaining sand
down to level of our home.

Both Parties want to avoid going to court.

Need Advice ASAP on drawing up contract for purchace of sand only.

To Date ecavation is still continuing.
