My neighbour's house is located on the hill above mine, and he has a pool that was built inclined into the ground, so that one edge of it is lower than the other. He constantly floods my property as the water leaks over the lower edge of the pool, goes down the hill and gets into my yard sinking it completely and creating mold on the deck and house walls. He admits the problem with his pool, but doesn't bother to correct it. Is there any way I stop his negligence and save my property drom destruction? Thank you.
