moving to douglasville georgia... we are moving into a community that has a historical concept....in sept we brought with us to the our meeting with the tribunal the colors we wanted for our new half a million color custom home**************we were immediately that the colors we wanted were not from the approved color palette...so the head man gave us the approved color palette of the community and he told us to pick 3 colors from that palette,,**************...we did....they have known about our color selections since mid oct......it is now the end of april 2006, they painted the house using our color selections**************guess what they head tribunal dog says we can't have those color combinations expecially the trim color.....they are using the excuse that the builder of our home didn't sumbit the colors from the approved color palette to them....the color in question is a vivid plum...we'd agreed to subdue the color by darkening it reducint the amount of it on the house...they won't compromise...out entire house is based on those 3 colors the stone the stain glass windows the front door...do we have a case? please help
