Same house being built next to ours

What is the name of your state?Colorado
We bought our house a year ago in a neighborhood that is still new. The builder is now putting 2 houses next to ours that are EXACTLY the same on a lot that is too small and the grading would be 3 feet above ours! We also found out he did not have the proper permits to even start building. What can we do to stop this and make them build a different model next to ours?

CCR&R's

Neighborhood CC&R's may prohibit "Exactly" the same house. But basically you cant do anything, BTW what's you beef? Do you think your house is ugly and dont want to look at another one? Did they tell you yours was the only one ever going to be similar?
