Facts: Lonely older woman hires contractor for addition
* Addition is contract price includes sub for electric and plumbing
* woman fails to tell contractor she allowed unlicensed electrical work without a permit thereby making more work not contracted for
* Woman makes repeated sexual comments and suggestive talk- even comes to beveled glass door nude-- she is almost sixty ok
* Woman repeatedly causes delays then starts complaining because it is taking too long ( really it is)
* Contractor knows woman is crazy so he gives her extras for free (well, its her money but the labor is free) Now almost done, she says he will have to account for every last penny or it is a felony and he will go to jail. Thing is so much money goes in and out of account at all times, who knows which money is which, since many projects go on at the same time.
* woman convinces him he is in trouble and makes him sign a paper that says he will be there every day or she will call the state and have him arrested, and makes him agree to landscaping which he is not licensed to do.
Here is the question... What kind of trouble is he in if he walks out now. She still owes him over 2000 and he barely has any material left to install? She is just making it way difficult for him to do his job. Plus, she has been going around telling everyone that he ripped her off when he didn't.
