Unresponsive Bulider

WE rectenly went to settlement on a newly construsted home in VA. Now the Builder RUFUSES to fix ANYTHING!!! Even items that were noted in the pre settlement walk thru. It doesn't matter to him if we have it in writing that he will fix something. Once we settled, everything became our problem and his attitude (as relayed from his employees is that he doesn't care because he has the money to keep any law suit tied up in court for years. How do you handle a situalion like this?

Hire a construction defect attorney, file a complaint with the Attorney General, BBB, State Contractor's License Board etc.
