What would happen if you bought a house six months ago and the seller told you the well is in one spot but its in another and I had the seller put in a new septic system BUT now the septic, lynch fields and well are now all to close to each other according to state law. The health dept. came out and oked it when the septic was put in. But they thought the septic was in the spot the seller said it was. Who would be at fault?????
