What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

I own some wooded land in the Berkshires (Peru, MA). I would like to know what the basic zoning laws are for that area. I have tried to find that information over the internet; but, was told that I would need to ask locally. This is rather difficult as I am living in England.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

**A: there is zoning office that regulates Peru so you do need to ask locally.
