11 Usc 707(b), 727

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? OR

Filed for BK Ch 7 in Sept. and received a notice I was being investigated under 11 USC 707(B), 727. I think it is because our income is high. we have income of about $4800. This includes my salary, my wife's unemployment and her assistance payments for an adopted daughter.

Our monthly expenses total $5400.

I think theya re wondering how we are going to make up the $600 shortfall or maybe how we can make so much and always be broke. I am wondering that too.

I just finished my 341 meeting and the referee said that was all he had for me. Should I be worried? Should I call the referee handling the 707 investigation?

Help!

You should call your attorney.
