Question

341 meeting


What is the name of your state? melbourne, fl

just had my 341 mtg on wed. it not only lasted about 30 minutes, but i had the regular trustee and also one from the US trustee office asking questions. is this normal?

i'd say that's pretty unusual (30 mins of q&a and the two trustees doing the q'ing) for a chpt 7 meeting.

We have had a little bit of that going on here in Indiana.

It's almost as if they're "spot checking" the 341 meetings.

They're also asking for far more documentation (such as wanting to see bank statements, tax forms, etc.) than they have in the past.

If that's going on in other states, then it sounds like there's a national movement on that.

I thought that perhaps it was just our state.

tampa..spoke with my attorney yesterday..he said he thought it went very well..said he had another client last week who was questioned thouroughly as well..good luck
