What is the name of your state? MA

After the 341 meeting will there be more meeting or hearings to attend?? I am filing for myself and my husband has nothing to do with my debt, will they look at him as an asset to me and order him to pay back my bills. what are adversary hearings i noticed it mentioned on the bottom of my contract with my attorney. do the attorneys plan for the worse. case scenario???

I filed for bankruptcy as a single man, I do not know if they can come after your husband's assets/income, you'll need to consult your lawyer. Your 341 meeting is usually the only meeting you'll attend. However, if the bankruptcy trustee thinks you have assets to sell, he'll schedule another meeting after your first 341 meeting, so an appraiser can value your things. I saw this happen to a couple as I was in the lobby waiting for my boyfriend's 341 meeting. Your attorney will know best.
