341 Meeting Tomorrow! Need Answer Quick

What is the name of your state? PA

My 341 meeting is tomorrow. I am filling Pro Sec. I received the paper from the Bankruptcy court telling me where and when, but nothing in regards as to what I need to bring.

Can any one give me any advice and to what I need to take with me and what to expect at the 341 meeting?

I also have another question. Do I need to tell the trustee that I will be moving from PA to DE? And will he want to know why? I will be moving the 2nd week in Aug.

I am very nervous.

Any and all advise is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

341 Meeting tomorrow

All I remember them asking was my name and address. They also wanted ID, such as your Social Security Card and Driver's license....She took both and compared my signature on the documents.

I had a lawyer who seemed to know her very well as all his cases were called up one after the other...I assume that she knew that he had asked me for every info detail that would have been needed.

Perhaps someone else who went pro se will respond....

Good luck to you and let us know how it went.

You will need your social security card and a picture ID, driver's license will do just fine.

I would also take along a copy of your bankruptcy petition, just in case.

Other than that, you don't need anything. If the Trustee wants anything more, he/she will ask for it.

You probably should tell the Trustee you're moving, but the Trustee will also mention that if you're moving you need to be sure you notify the court and the Trustee's office. There's no need to tell them WHY you're moving unless you're asked.
