401K contributions

NM

Anyone know about making 401K contributions while in Ch13? Are there cases where it is allowed and NOT considered disposable income?

401K's are completely voluntary on your part. You've no contractual obligation to participate so the sole source of income is, disposable. You'll play hell getting a trustee to agree to modify your plan so you can save/invest.
Ladynred was correct in a previous response. Chapter 13's are nasty but there can sure be a worse fate.
