401k loan taken out b4 filing chpt 7

What is the name of your state? az i just took out
another loan against my 401k ($3000) i need the money
to catch up on regular bills and i need to go to visit
my parents. i need to file chapter 7 very soon. how long
should i wait b4 filing. i really need to file in 1-2 months.

You may file just as soon as convenient for you because your 401k loan makes you a creditor to YOURSELF.
