401k withdraw b4 bk am i allowed to do this

What is the name of your state? az iam filing bk
the end of this week. dont know yet if it will be a 7 or 13. wondering if iam allowed to do a withdraw from my 401k. i only have 100 dollars available. and i have a loan agains it for 6500 dollars and its worth about 6700. the lawyer says it has to be part of the bk process.will i get in trouble for doing this? thanks for the help

I would say its probably depends on what you use that $100 for. If its for necessities, it probably won't be questioned - just keep receipts.
