The 7 year rule

State of Georgia.

In 1995 I filed for chapter 13 which was approved. In 1997, The Bankruptcy Court filed a motion to dimiss my case for what they considered a lack of payments. It was later determined that my employer was forwarding the payments late. Although the motion to dismiss was halted, I was assigned a new file date of 1997.

Question: Which file date stands for the chapter 13 being listed on my credit report for 7 years?
