? About Chapter 13 settlement

Missouri,
On a chapter 13 settlement. we reached a settlement of 9000.00
Agreement was 200.00 a month for 5 years. 13000.00
Can I pay that off early?
If I come up with a large amount of money to pay it off.
Can they raise the settlement # at any time ?
One more ? If I can pay off early, Do I have to pay the settlement # ( 9000) or the
settlement plus intrest at that time of payoff / or the intrest at the end of five years? (13000.00)
Thank You
Daryl

First of all, it's NOT a settlement, it's a PLAN.

Are you paying back unsecured creditors at 100% ?? If not, then the answer is NO.

According to the law, the Trustee can audit your case on a regular basis and if your income, expenses or both have changed, the plan payments could easily go up if you have more disposable income, or down if your income goes down, or your expenses go up.
