about to file just a few questions???

What is the name of your state? Washington stat

will filing afffect my small business? if so what ramifacations are there going to be on business?

Is your business incorportated ? Is in LLC ? What type of company setup do you have ? Are you personally guaranteeing all the business debts ???

my business

my business is a partnership with very little assets around $2500.00, I have around 60k in debt I am not securing any debt with this business
