After 10 years

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? NJ
March of this year was the 10 year mark, so now that my BK time has been completed, do I have to contact All credit bureaus to inform them to take it off of my report, or do they automatically do that. . .
Also, if they do take it off of my record, and some strange thing shows up in months to come, like an old account, that was filed in BK, do they still have a record of it, so I can dispute that it WAS discharged in BK. . . does it completely go away, what ways can someone know about it, if it's not on my credit report. . .

Your bankruptcy was over 10 years ago. What you've finally gotten to is the obsolesence date of the BK tradeline on your reports. A BK can stay for 10 years from the FILING date and then, per the FCRA, it will drop off your reports. So, if its been 10 years or more and its still on your reports, dispute with the credit bureaus as obsolete and it should be removed.

As for anything that was included - if any of those accounts went delinquent BEFORE you filed for BK, those should have dropped off at the 7-1/2 year mark from the original delinquency date. If they were current when you filed, then its 7 years from your BK filing date, so NOTHING of those should still be on your reports and they can NOT be reinserted. If any of them are still there - dispute them - again, as obsolete.
