After completeing a Chapter 13 plan...

How do you clean up your credit report after a 13 bankrupcy?
I need a new car and I want to finance a new 20,000 car. What do I do if the credit reports say I was 60 and 90 days late on payments - which I do not think is accurate....

Also want to re-finance my home - is this possible? and how long should I wait before doing so.. or how long must I wait to avoid high interest rates...?
