Question

after discharge

What is the name of your state?
ohio

My Bankruptcy was discharged about a year ago. A medical bill that my mom signed for as the responsible party (I was a minor) was never paid off. Now the creditor is telling me I have to pay it off. If I had known this bill (it is 10 years old)from when I was 16 years old and getting healthcare still had an outstanding balance, I would have included it in the backruptcy.
Is there anything I can do about it?

You are not responsible for debts incurred while you were a minor. Is this showing on your credit report?
Send a letter saying the alleged services were provided while you were a minor and to leave you alone.

And include that you were NOT a signer nor a responsible party to the obligation.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
