My wife and I filed chapter 7 in April of this year. Just this past month, I took a new job in a different state. As a result of my moving, I ended up with 4,000 in new debt. My old employer, and my old apartment complex are charging huge amounts. I know this is not a detailed rendition of what happened, however, when we filed the bancruptcy, we were told that certain debts could be added after the filing. Is this true, and if so, how do we add them?
I incurred these charges in Colorado. We are now living in Oregon.
