The only tax refund a Trustee MAY be interested in is next year's and if its not large, you may be able to keep it anyway. Subsequent years are yours to keep.
Even if you have Zero balance on that card, there is NO guarantee that your creditor will keep that account open. Many creditors who see a bankruptcy on your credit report will automatically close your account with them - even if they weren't included and if it was in good standing before you filed. So.. I wouldn't count on being able to use that card at all.
