Am I Head of Family?

What is the name of your state? South Dakota

I was wondering if I, single and childless, would be considered as the Head of Family. Do they count me as a family of 1?

If I am Head of the Family then I will have a mch better outlook in regards to exceptions I can claim.

No, you are not head of family. You have NO family. To be classified as head of household you must provide at least 50% of the support for OTHER people, such as a spouse and dependents.
